Participants will learn creativity and innovation techniques that can be used in everyday business activities.
Explanation
Creativity and innovation are a must in the work place. Though being creative seems magical, anyone can learn the tools to enhance their creativity. Participants will be introduced to powerful techniques that will open up doors of possibilities. These techniques are part of a comprehensive process. This creativity process can be applied to solve problems or to direct innovation.
In the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to learn the process by applying it to their real world issues. Most people do not live or innovate in a void and team creativity is explored using the FourSight assessment. We will also discuss the critical factors that comprise an innovative environment, so that participants can bring this back to their workplaces and make them fountains of creativity.
