Future Think: 8 Ways to Move Your Organization Ahead

Summary: In the past several years, I have been working with organizations to help move them to a brighter and stronger future. There are several characteristics that are commonly needed to be addressed to accomplish this. These are leadership, planning, people, learning and training, technology, and image. I will discuss my insights and share some stories.
