John has served as a Director, Field Services for the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) since 1994. He has extensive experience in working with groups and is qualified (since 1996) to administer the MBTI. John has traveled extensively and presented workshops both locally and nationally. His areas of interest include governance, teamwork and strategic planning.
